Spa Etiquette

Spa Etiquette

To help you to make the most of your time with us and to allow us to provide you with the best possible level of service, we have put together the following spa etiquette guide.

Spa Arrival

It is advisable to arrive at the spa reception at least 30 minutes prior to your treatment reservation so your treatments can start on time and you are able to enjoy the facilities and relax fully. Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time but treatments will still be charged at full price.

Please be aware that late arrivals will not receive an extension to their treatment time.

Spa Environment

The spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ rights to privacy and serenity and do not use mobile phones or cameras within the spa.

Age Requirements

Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted in the spa environment. Those under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What to Bring

For your comfort if you are on a Spa Package, we will provide you with a robe, towel & slippers to use throughout your visit. Lockers are available for your personal belongings however we strongly recommend that you leave all valuables & jewellery at home. Swimming costumes will be required for the wet facilities & paper underwear will be provided for treatments if you so wish.
