Is there a joining fee or contract?
There's no contract. All memberships are monthly with a 28-day cancellation policy.
What's the difference between the plans?
Essentials gives weekday access 9am-5pm with 30% off spa treatments. Lifestyle and Premium give access any time, plus bigger spa, café and class discounts, guest passes and PT sessions.
Do you offer couples memberships?
Yes. Lifestyle is £130/month for couples and Premium is £170/month for couples.
What happens when I join?
You'll get a gym induction with one of the team, plus a walkthrough of all the facilities so you feel at home from day one.
Can I try before I join?
Absolutely. Book a free tour and every visit includes a free trial session. Just bring your gym kit and swimwear.
Why is membership limited?
We cap membership to keep the club quiet and intimate, so there's always space for you.
