The Gainsborough Health Club & Spa - Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: We are now Closed

Here at the Gainsborough Health Club & Spa we are, as always, committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all our valued employees and customers.

Following the recent UK government advice and announcement we are extremely disappointed to announce that we are having to temporarily suspend our services again.

This means that from 00:00 on Sunday 26th December 2020, The Gainsborough Health Club and Spa will be closed until further notice.

In order to ensure that our valued customers, can start enjoying the benefits of their membership and or a spell of relaxation in the Spa, as soon as we are back open, we are initiating a freeze on all memberships, advanced Spa Bookings and Gift Voucher redemptions.

The benefits of freezing your Membership / Forward Spa Bookings

  • There's nothing for you to do, we will automatically freeze it for you
  • You will continue to retain your current DD rate when you return
  • No need to sign up again upon your return + no joining fee
  • Gift Voucher Expiry Dates will be extended in line with our closure period
  • Advanced Spa Booking will benefit from a complimentary Mud Chamber experience added to their booking.

So, what do you need to do?

Annual Paying Members

If you have paid you membership up-front in full, we will simply extend the term of your membership in line with the period of time we are required to remain closed. For example, if we are closed for a period of 1 Month, we simply add 1 month onto your original membership expiry date.

Direct Debit monthly payers

The direct debit we have just taken for January 2021 ( taken on the 29th December 2020), will be transferred to February 2021, therefore we will not take your DD payment on the 28th January 2021 , following this we will not recommence DD collections until our facilities reopen. We will of course keep you fully informed with regard to the timings of this.

Advanced Spa Booking

Relax, we know who you are and we will be contacting directly as soon as our facilities reopen.

Gift Vouchers

Please keep an eye on our Website and Social Media pages for updates regarding our facilities reopening.

What should I do next?

If you are happy with the above approach, you do not need to do anything, we will sort everything for you.
