Mosaic Spa and Health Clubs is one of the leading leisure management companies specialising in the management of private leisure clubs. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly and fun environment for our members.

We are currently able to offer the opportunity for highly motivated Apprentice at The Gainsborough Health Club & Spa.

This role will include day to day operations of the clubs whilst on shift, reception duties, lifeguarding, cleaning and ensuring our customers enjoy a clean and safe environment in which to relax and exercise.

This position offers a variety of training qualifications including National Pool Lifeguard, Level 2 Fitness Instructor (NVQ and certificate) Customer Care and Sales.

This role is offered for the duration of the Apprenticeship and would suit an applicant who is wishing to enter the leisure industry.

A swim assessment will need to be undertaken as part of the application process. In addition to an extensive training scheme and eligibility for a discretionary bonus scheme, use of club facilities and the opportunity for career progression.

The role will involve shift work over a seven-day period. Shifts are 6.30am to 14.30pm - 14.00pm to 21.30pm, plus weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Meet and greet members and guests
• Telephone enquiries and spa bookings
• Email correspondence
• Gym inductions, and once trained; members programmes
• Daily cleaning tasks plus other daily duties

Qualifications and Skills

• We will fully train you but we require someone to be proactive and motivated with a passion for progression.
